Our vineyard is planted with a Riesling clone originally from Geisenheim in Germany. The grapes were carefully picked to capture the steely elegance of the cool climate fruit, and controlled fermentation techniques have produced a wine that exhibits lime and lemon citrus characteristics with some floral notes on the bouquet, a complex elegant palate, and a crisp, lengthy finish. Screw cap sealed. Picked March 9th at 10.9 Bé, pH 3.25, TA 6.5 g/L.
